Installation

The PaveDrain System allows for more installation flexibility than ANY paving product available on the market today. 

Individual arched units weigh less than 50 pounds. Most installations have some hand placement. The vast majority of projects are installed by mechanical installation utilizing a clamp. Typical mechaical installation is eleven (11) PaveDrain blocks per pick. The block weight is approximately 550 pounds.

Testing and Comparison of Permeable Pavement – Washington, D.C.

EXACT Stormwater Management conducted four (4) separate infiltration tests on four (4) different permeable pavement products: porous asphalt, permeable concrete, permeable pavers and PaveDrain.

UCF Stormwater Management Academy PaveDrain Performance Testing

The final PaveDrain performance report was completed May 2016 and submitted from the University of Central Florida (UCF) Stormwater Management Academy Research and Testing Laboratory (SMART Lab) by Manoj Chopra, Ph.D, P.E; Mike Hardin, Ph.D, P.E., CFM; Ikiensinma GogoAbite, Ph.D. and Kristen Lassen.
